Booking Terms

Deposit is 40%, non-refundable, payable upon booking. Balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation policy: 50% of total amount due if cancelled up to 8 weeks before arrival, with full amount due if cancelled from 6 weeks before booked arrival date.

Prices fully inclusive of all bills for up to 5 guests New Town and 7 guests Castle View.

Prices vary depending on season, but as a guide £80 - £160 per night with special rates for 4 nights or more. Payment can be made by cheque or Paypal.

Using Paypal will enable you to pay with your Credit Card, you do not need a Paypal account. The process is simple and we will email you the details.
